Kevin is a qualified carpenter and finisher from Lincolnshire in England. With the experience he has gained working for a number of reputable companies he is now using to produce the sculpture’s shown here. Due to the availability of many indigenous woods i.e. olive, avocado, pine, eucalyptus and walnut he found himself making small items as a hobby in his spare time from reclaimed off-cuts and firewood but due to a lot of interest from friends decided to show the general public. Each piece is a one off which speaks for itself and is hand crafted (using traditional methods) in a beautiful setting in Andalucía, all are finished to a high standard using natural oils and waxes. Kevin is self taught and strives to reach new heights with every piece.

This has to be the queen of all the faery toadstool house’s. Standing at approx 16 inches (42 cm’s) to top of chimney. As with all the work here, each piece is sculptured by hand. This takes weeks of work and many hours in finishing. Standing on a pine base, the stem is olive wood. Four windows are carved into the stem and under the door stands a second tiny mushroom. The head is olive with a tiled effect created from pine cone needles each one arranged and fixed individually (little fairy not included) 350.00 €
